4/19 The Pennies team was outstanding. I had some AC issues, I made a call and he was here within 15 minutes. We made a decision to install a new unit and they started with an hour of making that decision. Working in 'not so ideal' conditions, with temps hitting upward of 110, they all remain professional and extremely curtious. There pricing was more then fair. Johnny showed up at around 12:30. Right away, he gave me a diagnosis-- it is our power outlet that is tripped so the unit is without power. He kindly showed me which circuit breaker in the main power outlet to reset and oh my god - He only charge me the diagnosis fee.
