"This company is awesome!  They are open 24/7 and there is no surcharge for them coming after hours.

I put in two nest thermostats in my home, and didn't turn the power off.  I ended up touching the common wire with the power wire and wasn't able to power on.  I spent 3 hrs trying to figure out what happened, I finally gave up and called them.  I was on my way to Universal that morning the owner tried to get a tech out earlier than the window he promised, the tech called me to tell me he couldn't make it.  Issac was very accommodating and told me to enjoy the day and he can be here later that night since he didn't want me without heat.

Issac was very professional, courteous in explaining what happened.  It was a popped fuse, quick fix and showed me how to replace it.  He was very thorough, and even took the time to make sure that the nest was working.  I will use them again, for anything heating,cooling or even construction bases."
